About Annemarijke van Etten

Annemarijke has a degree in Small Business Management and has over 12 years of experience in the corporate environment, facility management, hospitality industry and customer services. While working as (interim) manager she became inspired to learn more about coaching and communication.

When she was living in Singapore she gained her Master Practitioner NLP, Master Practitioner Hypnotherapy and Master Practitioner of Sequential Mind Technology certificates at the Australian Asia Institute of NLP (AAINLP).

Believing in multiplying the good things in life she started Expand Your Life.

Annemarijke is the perfect fit when a strong People & Change Manager is needed.

As an interim manager I want to make a difference. Bring out the best in people, to show them that they really have talents and show them that working together brings them often beyond their expectation. That’s what makes me tick and provides me the energy to keep motivated as a manager, mother, wife and as a friend.

Over the past 12 years I have fulfilled many roles.

I became and still am self-employed in 2003

I became and still am a mother of two beautiful boys in 2005 and 2007

I became and still am a Master NLP practitioner in 2005

I became a part time student in 2003 and finished my Bachelor of Small Businesses in 2006

I became a girlfriend in 2001 and became wife of a beautiful husband in 2012

I do my best to be a true friend of several lovely people.

And I am definitely focused to be me, myself and I whenever possible.

The last 12 years I have learned that if I want to succeed in every role for the full 100% that I will not manage.

These are the experiences that shaped me into the change manager I am today. I am a practical strategist who creates clarity and integrates processes in business. Genuineness, authenticity and reliability are controlling factors. I celebrate the successes and take on the challenges, all in order to optimize business performance, improve processes and employee happiness. My experience in many different organizations has empowered me to quickly recognize and acknowledge reorganizations, diversity of interests, politics and sensitivities towards others. Knowing when to keep my distance and when to take action.
